Duble AI vs Real Xablau: two Brazilian tools for swapping a character into a video
7 min read
Real Xablau and Duble AI both put a different character into a video you choose and keep the video's original sound. Real Xablau takes clips up to 60 seconds, swaps up to 6 characters and can also change the scene and the style. Duble AI takes up to 30 seconds, but it has a trend library and an influencer that stays the same from video to video.
Duble AI is our product and no side-by-side test was run: this page gives only what each tool's own pages document, read in October 2026, with a link in each section.
What Real Xablau does
Xablau is a feature of Real Oficial, a Brazilian tool that cuts long videos and livestreams into vertical clips, makes AI images and video, and publishes them, all on one balance of credits paid in reais, by Pix or card. Its pages are in Portuguese. The feature page sums it up as "Grave uma vez. Troque personagem, cenário ou estilo." (Record once. Swap the character, the scene or the style.) It has three modes at the same price:
- swap the character: up to 6 per video, from reference images of yours or an avatar from the app;
- edit the scene: setting, outfit and lighting, by text or by photo;
- change the style: anime, clay, pixel art and others.
Speech, gestures and camera stay as in the original, and the original audio comes back in the result. It takes MP4 or MOV files of 2 to 60 seconds, horizontal or vertical, and processes anything over 15 seconds in parts. Output is 480p or 720p, and Full HD is ready a few minutes later.
On the Real Oficial pages we read, we found no persistent character builder, no trend library and no flow for a product in hand. If it has any of these, the pages do not show them.
What Duble AI does
On Duble AI you have an AI influencer (described in a sentence, built part by part, made from your own photos or taken from the cast). On Home you pick a trend from the library ("Trending" and "Community") or tap "Use your own video" for an MP4 or MOV of 3 to 30 seconds, up to 80 MB. You pick one influencer and, if you like, say who it replaces; left blank, it takes the place of the main person in the video. The sound is the original video's.
Price per second
Both charge by the second of video. The Real Xablau numbers come from the feature page and the plans page, read in October 2026.
| Real Xablau | Duble AI | |
|---|---|---|
| Price of one second | R$1.00 at its normal price and R$0.50 with the 50% off until October 19, per the page's example, which does not state the resolution | $0.33 at Standard (768p), on the 300-credit plan |
| A 10-second video | R$10.00 (10 × R$1.00); R$5.00 on the promotion | $3.33 on the 300-credit plan; $3.75 in the "A week of posts" pack |
| More quality | 720p, which costs twice 480p | High (2K): 5 credits a second against 2 at Standard |
| More speed | Not stated | Turbo (768p): 6 credits a second, ready in seconds |
| How you pay | An active plan or a credit pack; Pix or card | A card subscription or a one-time pack (card outside Brazil; Pix or card in Brazil) |
Real Oficial's plans, per month on its pricing page: Lite at R$59.90 with 1,800 credits, Criador at R$99.90 with 3,000, Viral at R$149.90 with 5,400, and Business from R$2,000. The page says credits never expire and that Lite, Criador and Viral carry no watermark. It does not say how many credits one second of Xablau uses, only the amount in reais before you generate, so we cannot say how many seconds each plan holds. The page's example does not state its resolution either: if it is 480p, 720p comes to R$2.00 a second (R$1.00 on the promotion).
On Duble AI credits never expire either, and the app charges a minimum number of seconds for very short videos. The two sums do not measure the same thing: Xablau delivers 480p or 720p, and Duble AI's Standard is 768p.
Using Real Xablau from outside Brazil
Pix is Brazil's instant-payment system. The pricing page quotes the amount for Pix and says that paying by card may add conversion charges. We found nothing on foreign cards. Real Xablau's prices are in reais, so convert at the day's rate before setting them beside Duble AI's dollar prices. Duble AI shows prices in the currency of where you are: reais in Brazil, dollars anywhere else.
Where Real Xablau is ahead
- Length: it takes up to 60 seconds, against 30 on Duble AI.
- Characters: it swaps up to 6 per video. On Duble AI you pick one influencer and say who it replaces.
- Scene and style: it edits both by text or photo. Duble AI has no place picker: the scene comes from the video, and the app warns that it may change a little.
- Tests without paying: the feature page describes Xablau Lite, which swaps the head or the whole body of up to 3 people in short videos, up to 5 seconds without a subscription and 10 with one, up to 10 a day. It also mentions a total of 20,000 free generations, but its counter does not make clear how many are left. The home page advertises a different test, 3 clips of up to 15 seconds, with no card and a watermark, without saying whether it covers Xablau. Duble AI has no free video.
- Clips: if you already cut livestreams and long videos in Real Oficial, the swap happens in the same account.
Where Duble AI is ahead
On Home, the trend library plays each trend on its card, with the trend's views and the price in credits. You do not need a video of your own to start.
Duble AI keeps the influencer with its name, bio and videos, and the same one comes back in every video. A new look costs 2 credits and is drawn from a look you pick. Every look gets two pictures at no cost, showing the body and the face from every side, which help the influencer stay the same when it turns.
The same influencer also goes into photos for the feed (2 credits each) and holds your product: the object costs 2 credits to create, and using it in a video costs nothing extra.
In return, Duble AI caps videos at 30 seconds, does not edit scene or style and has no free video. Creating the influencer costs nothing, up to 3 images. More on the flow in how to replace a person in your own video and how to make AI trend videos.
Rules on faces and footage
Xablau's page accepts real faces only with permission and bans public figures, minors, deceptive, nude or sexual content. If its filter blocks a segment, the credits are returned, and a refund of credits is requested in the app before you download the video.
On Duble AI the terms ban famous people and anyone's likeness without permission, and only videos you have the right to use are allowed. Nudity, sex, violence and hate are refused, and a video that is refused or fails gives the credits back at once. The full rules are in the Terms. On both, label the result as AI-made content where the platform asks.
Which one to use
If your video runs past 30 seconds, has several characters to swap or needs another scene, Real Xablau does what Duble AI does not. If you want the same influencer in this week's trends, with looks, photos and a product in hand, Duble AI was built for that. Anyone who wants to try Xablau without paying has the Xablau Lite test, with the limits described above.
To start with Duble AI, create your influencer and pick the first trend. For other tools with prices, see AI character swap video tools and Viggle AI alternatives.
