AI UGC videos with a product in your character's hand

7 min read

To make an AI UGC video with a product in your character's hand, upload up to four photos of the product to Duble AI. It draws the object, and you drop it into a video: a trend or one of your own. Your AI influencer then shows up holding the product. The object costs 2 credits once, and using it in any video or photo costs nothing extra.

What AI UGC is, and which kind of tool you need

UGC, short for user-generated content, is the homemade-looking video where someone shows a product to the camera, the way a customer or a creator would. AI UGC puts an AI-made person in that seat. Two kinds of tool do it.

One kind is the AI avatars and actors that talk to the camera, like the ones in the tools below. The table shows what each tool's own page says it offers:

Tool What its page offers Entry plan, in dollars
HeyGen Talking avatars from a script, plus video translation Has a free plan; Creator is $29 a month for 600 credits
Arcads UGC video ads with 1,000+ AI actors in 30+ languages No pricing page we could open
Creatify Video ads made from a product link, with 1,500+ avatars in 75+ languages Has a free plan with watermarked exports; Starter is $39 a month for 100 credits
MakeUGC UGC ads with AI actors and custom avatars Starter is $29 a month billed yearly, 500 credits
Captions A mobile video editor with AI actors and avatars Max is $24.99 a month for 500 credits, on iOS plans

Features and prices as each page showed them in October 2026 (pages read on October 13). Duble AI is our product, and we ran no side-by-side test of these tools: the table says only what their own pages say.

The other kind is Duble AI, which creates no voices and reads no text: your influencer takes someone's place in a real video, in that video's scene and with its sound, and holds your product. If what you need is an AI actor or avatar that speaks a script, look at the tools in the table. Talking AI avatar vs AI character goes through the choice.

Step by step: from the product to the video

First you need an influencer. The app calls it a double, and how to create an AI influencer walks through the four ways. Creating one costs nothing, up to 3 images across tries and adjustments.

  1. Create the object. Tap Files, find the Objects section and tap New object. You can also start from the page where you set up the video, under Add an object (optional).
  2. Upload the photos. Choose one to four photos (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 8 MB each), with the label showing, in good light. The price shows on screen: 2 credits. A cut-out with a transparent background gets white put behind it.
  3. Wait for the drawing. Duble AI draws a sheet with six views of the product (front, turned, side, back, from above and the label up close), then the object alone on white. The screen gives no time estimate. If the drawing fails, the credits go back.
  4. Check the object. Open its card: Every side shows the sheet. If something is wrong, Send another side · 2 credits takes more photos and Make it again · 2 credits draws it again.
  5. Pick the video. On Home, tap your double, then a trend, or the first card, Use your own video. Record now opens the phone's front camera, and Choose a video takes one you already have.
  6. Add the product. On that page, open Add an object (optional) and tap the product. A ring marks it. A video takes one object, and the app never picks it for you.
  7. Say how it appears. How it appears (optional) takes your own words, for example "in the right hand, shown to the camera". Left empty, if the person in the video already holds something, your product takes its place, and if they hold nothing, your double holds it.
  8. Say what plays, then pick a quality. Under What plays in this video?, choose Someone speaks or sings if there is speech, or Only music or background sound. Then pick Standard, High or Turbo.
  9. Tap "Generate video". The price is on the button. The video takes 1 to 3 minutes (seconds at Turbo). Then Save video on a phone or Download video on a computer. There is no watermark.

Which video to start from

For a homemade-looking ad, film yourself (or someone who agreed) holding the product, or something its size, and talking to the camera. Your influencer takes the place of whoever is in the clip, and its mouth follows the speech. The voice in the finished video is the original's, because Duble AI neither creates nor swaps voices. The clip can run from 3 to 30 seconds, and only footage you have the right to use belongs here. Replacing a person in a video covers what makes a source clip work.

A trend works too. If the person in it holds something, your product takes its place, and if they hold nothing, your double holds the product. For a still photo of the product in the feed, the New photo page has the same Add an object (optional), at 2 credits a photo, as in AI influencer photos.

How much does it cost?

The object costs 2 credits, and using it in a video or a photo costs nothing more. Video is priced per second: 2 credits at Standard, so 20 credits for 10 seconds, or $3.33 on the monthly plan of 300 credits. High is 50 credits for 10 seconds and Turbo is 60. A video that fails gives the credits back right away, and credits never expire. A first video with a new product is 2 credits for the object plus 20 for 10 seconds at Standard.

Will the product look exactly like the real one?

Not always. The object is drawn from your photos, so the small print on a label, such as an ingredients list, may not come out exact, and proportions can shift. The scene of the video can also change a little.

Open Every side before you spend on a video, and if a side is wrong, send photos of it. Watch the finished video before posting, and if a line of text has to be exact, cut to a real photo of the product in your editor.

Can I use it in an ad?

Use a product you sell or have permission to show: the Terms do not allow brands that belong to someone else.

Label it as AI-made. Meta asks for its AI-disclosure tool on organic posts with photorealistic video (Meta's rules, latest change listed April 2025). TikTok requires a label on realistic AI-generated content (TikTok, May 2024). YouTube asks creators to disclose realistic content that was generated or meaningfully altered (YouTube Help). AI labels on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube shows where each switch is.

Mark paid posts as advertising with the platform's paid-partnership tool where there is one. In Brazil, the 2026 guide from the advertising self-regulator CONAR says advertising rules apply to AI-made content, that paid content must be identified as advertising, and that an ad cannot carry simulations, endorsements or testimonials that could mislead the consumer (CONAR, May 2026). An invented influencer has never used the product, so skip lines like "I've used this for six months". This is not legal advice.

The same influencer can hold the product in many videos, and keeping one face across all of them is what makes the profile read as one person. To start, create your influencer.

Frequently asked questions

What is AI UGC?
UGC is user-generated content: the homemade-looking video where someone shows a product to the camera, like a customer or a creator would. In AI UGC, an AI-made person is on screen instead. On Duble AI that person is your own AI influencer, placed into a video and holding the product you uploaded.
How do I make an AI UGC video with a product in hand?
Upload one to four photos of the product to create an object, which costs 2 credits. Then pick a trend or a video of your own, open Add an object, tap the product and generate the video. Your influencer appears holding it.
How much does an AI UGC video cost on Duble AI?
The object costs 2 credits once, and using it in videos and photos costs nothing more. Video is priced per second: 20 credits for 10 seconds at Standard quality, which comes to $3.33 on the monthly plan of 300 credits.
Will the product look exactly like the real one?
Not always. The object is drawn from your photos, so small print on a label and exact proportions may not come out identical. Check the drawing of the object before you generate, and watch the finished video before you post it.
Can the AI influencer read a script out loud?
No. Duble AI creates no voices and reads no text: the sound in the finished video is the original video's. To say something about the product, film the video yourself and choose Someone speaks or sings. The influencer's mouth follows your voice.
Can I use AI UGC in an ad?
Yes, with care. Show only a product you are allowed to show, label the video as AI-made where the platform asks, and mark paid posts as advertising. Skip first-person testimonials, since an invented influencer has never used the product. This is not legal advice.
